David Koon-Vice Chairman

David, originally from Delaware, has spent the past 16 years in St. Louis. He is a member of St. Paul AME Church and Alpha Phi Alpha Optimist International. He has been a contractor for Verizon for several years. Along with that, he has experience in fundraising, logistics, event planning and community relations.
