Vincent S. Boyd, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Programs and Compliance at the Foundation for Strengthening Families in St. Louis.
He spent more than 25 years in higher education, including administrative posts in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and New York.
Dr. Flint W. Fowler
Dr. Flint W. Fowler served as President of the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Louis for more than 28 years.
He is currently a member of the National Planning Commissions. Other professional positions include Managing Director for INROADS in St. Louis and Executive Director of Operation Teamwork.
